MWC 2016 was the scene of many ads as the new G5 LG, Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. But while the LG terminal offers a modular system for its rather innovative battery, the Samsung devices remained wiser, the world's leading content to polish the lines of its Galaxy S6. Yet I wish I wish more daring from Samsung. Here are 4 things that are missing in my new Galaxy S7 and S7 edge.

    1. A 4K screen

Surely you are already read a 4K screen on a small device such as a smartphone has no advantages because it consumes more energy and that the human eye perceives virtually no difference between a screen and 2K a 4K display.

However, Samsung strongly wishes popularize virtual reality. The message was clear during the presentation of the new Galaxy S7 and S7 with the participation of Mark Zuckerberg on stage to discuss the subject. The marketing campaign launched by the brand also reinforces his message. It is indeed free for pre-order an S7 Gear VR headset.

But what better way to enjoy the virtual reality that to have a 4K display. Devices with 2K screens show some pixelation when used in virtual reality devices. So, wanting a smartphone offers a perfect experience with the Gear VR headset could not count on a resolution lower than 4K. Unfortunately, Samsung did not think the same.

    2. A USB Type-C

The USB Type-C is the new standard for connectors that will come to replace the old micro USB 2.0 port. The USB Type C is able to pass a much higher electrical current which couples perfectly with fast charging. The data transfer rate thus passes to 1.2 GB / s, against 60 MB / s for USB 2.0. USB Type-C is also reversible. This therefore avoids the wrong direction when recharging his mobile but also to recharge the battery of one or more devices (depending on the size of the battery source).

The new LG G5 or the Xiaomi Mi 5 are equipped. But not the new Galaxy S7 and S7 edge...
The decision may include and discover because Samsung still love quickly adopt new technologies. The South Korean firm has nevertheless decided to skip the USB Type-C. The fault according to them for marketing and technical constraints.

    3. A 16 megapixel camera

The new Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are the first generation of Galaxy smartphones to offer a camera with a lower resolution in previous models. Samsung is indeed increased from 16 to 12 megapixels.
Of course, the new camera sensor adopts a much more advanced technology with larger pixels that allow greater absorption of ambient light, which provides better quality photos, especially in low light.

I also know perfectly well that the quality of a camera is measured not only on the number of megapixels, but do not forget that this is a factor that counts a lot. So why Samsung has not implemented any camera improvements in a 16-megapixel sensor?

    4. The lack of stereo speakers

It seems absurd that Samsung high-end smartphone are not equipped with stereo speakers. It is true that most users do not utilize their phone to listen to music without a headset or other audio device, but this does not justify the absence of these speakers on a device that costs more than 700 euros.
I especially feel that the audio portion appears to have been somewhat neglected again by Samsung, and the company lost the opportunity to correct this problem with its new range Galaxy. However, I remain optimistic, saying that the future Galaxy Note 6 could solve all these problems.

In your opinion, what are the things that are missing in the new Galaxy S7 and S7 edge? Tell us in the comments.
